The project manager selects the translator or interpreters that are most appropriate for your text, or conference, because they are familiar with the relevant terminology.
For translation : the text should be delivered on time and complete, in the agreed format, and having been proofread and edited. Basically you should be confident that the delivery is correct in every way. This is the project manager’s job. Naturally, the project manager is bound by the same confidentiality terms as all of our employees.
In conferences, a dedicated project manager will ensure they are onsite to ensure technicians set up the equipment a day to the conference, and then remain on site to ovesee the interpretation team throughout the function. Your feedback as our client matters, so we work closely with you in the process to ensure any issues are resolved and the meeting is successful.
